Battery charger for 6 volts + 12 volts (OptiMate 5 6V/12V). Charging capacity: 3 amps at 12 volts

4 amps at 6 volts. This battery charger and trickle charger only charges lead-acid batteries (i.e. the batteries in classic cars). It can be used for both 6 volt and 12 volt batteries. This charger can also reactivate deeply discharged batteries (up to a discharge of 0.5 volts)! The clever electronics make it possible. You can also test batteries. It has a fuse circuit in case it is connected incorrectly. It controls the charging current according to the ambient temperature and has many other options. Regular desulphation is important for a long battery service life. And this is what these modern chargers can do.

Battery charger - trickle charger for winter storage (OptiMate 1). Switchable between 6 volts and

12 volts. This small continuous charger is ideal for permanently connecting to a battery during the winter break. State-of-the-art technology protects against reverse polarity of the connections. It is suitable for normal lead batteries (those with acid). The maximum charging current is 0.6 amps. Please note: You cannot use this charger to quickly charge or reactivate empty batteries! It is therefore designed to keep the battery fresh and, if necessary, charge it very slowly. The scope of delivery also includes a charging cable that can be permanently connected to the battery. Simply route the plug connection to the outside and the charger can be connected without opening the bonnet.

Battery charger for 12 volts (OptiMate 6 Ampmatic). Charging capacity: 6 amps. The 'Swiss Army

knife' among battery chargers. You can connect all types of batteries (STD, AGM, EFB, GEL batteries). Almost all sizes can also be connected (3AH > 144Ah). This charger can even reactivate deeply discharged batteries (down to a discharge of 0.5 volts)! Its smart electronics make it possible. You can also test batteries. It has a safety circuit in case it is connected incorrectly. It controls the charging current according to the ambient temperature and has many other options. Whether it's a lawnmower, boat, car, motorhome, motorbike or tractor, this charger automatically adjusts to everything. And let's be honest, who knows what kind of battery is installed in modern vehicles these days? With this, it doesn't matter! Only modern electric vehicles cannot be charged with it! Of course, it can also be used as a normal battery maintenance charger. Our tip if you have several vehicles that are stored over the winter: get one of these chargers and equip the other vehicles with our maintenance chargers. The scope of delivery also includes a charging cable that can be permanently connected to the battery. Simply route the plug connection to the outside and the charger can be connected without opening the bonnet. Regular desulphation is important for a long service life of lead-acid batteries. And this is what these modern chargers can do.

Carburettor jet cleaning tool. Essential for carburettor maintenance and cleaning in your classic

car. The scope of delivery includes five stainless steel nylon brushes with diameters of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 mm and a brush length of 30 mm. Ten stainless steel cleaning needles with diameters of 0.7, 0.9, 1.1, 1.3 and 1.4 mm. A 4 mm Allen key and twelve round carbon steel files with diameters of 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.6 mm. A flat file is also included.

Fuel stabiliser - fuel additive - octane booster from ELF/Total, for winter storage and storage of

all 2 and 4-stroke engines. Ideal for our classic cars. Prevents corrosion in the tank and in the entire fuel system. Antioxidants prevent the fuel from ageing (the petrol remains ignitable). Binds and neutralises condensation in the tank. Eliminates starting difficulties when the vehicle has not been used for a long time. And as a special feature, the petrol additive has an octane booster. It therefore increases the ignitability of the petrol (knock resistance). Particularly interesting for regions in this beautiful world where there is no super petrol with at least 98 octane, or if you are involved in motor sports! Packaged in a high-quality aluminium can. Contents: 150ml. Application: 150ml is sufficient for 20 litres of petrol. Fill the tank completely. Fill in the fuel additive. Run the engine for 10 minutes. Done!

Liquid metal 50ml. It is called liquid metal or cold metal. But the correct name is 2-component

epoxy resin. We wouldn't want to be without it in our car first-aid kit and it has helped us many times with minor breakdowns. The 2K material hardens very quickly. It can be sanded, drilled and threaded afterwards. Resistant to water, oil, fuel and many chemicals. Sandable and paintable. Very easy to use thanks to a mixing tube supplied. Other mixing tubes are also available (if you don't need the whole tube).

Panhard Spare Parts

Anyone passionate about true French automotive craftsmanship cannot overlook Citroën Panhard. For a long time, Panhard was one of France's most advanced car manufacturers. As early as the 1950s, the company focused on streamlined bodywork, lightweight construction, and efficient air-cooled twin-cylinder engines. Models like the Panhard Dyna Z, the PL 17, or the Panhard 24 Coupé were ahead of their time.

With its gradual integration into Citroën from 1965 and the end of production in 1967, the brand disappeared from the market. However, its technology and character remained. Owning a Panhard today means driving not just any classic car but a vehicle with a rich history and engineering that continues to impress even decades later. These models require real mechanical skills – but that’s exactly what makes them so fascinating.

Buying Panhard Spare Parts

Anyone driving a Panhard appreciates the unique. But they also know: spare parts are not something you can pick up at a hardware store. Body parts? Hard to find. Special engine components? Even harder. But nothing is impossible. Many parts have been reproduced in small batches, some can be adapted with a bit of skill, and for the rest, there’s only one solution: good connections in the classic car community.

Whether it’s gaskets, brakes, or the signature twin carburetors – at some point, every Panhard owner needs something. And since these cars were lightweight but not particularly robust, body and chassis parts are especially in demand.

Despite the challenges, there are solutions. If you want to keep your well-preserved vehicle running, you need two things: experience and the right sources for parts. And that’s exactly where our classic car spare parts online shop comes in. Finding spare parts for a Panhard can be time-consuming, but with the right advice, it becomes much easier. If you’re unsure about which parts you need or what alternatives exist, our expertise is here to help. We’re happy to assist you in German, English, and French to ensure that your Citroën Panhard remains on the road for years to come.
