Kingpin oversize (17,08mm) for Citroen 2CV (Dyane, Mehari..). Complete with all bushes and shims

(2,0 + 2,3 + 2,5mm). One side. Suitable for all years of construction! Excellent reproduction. Made by Franzose. This bolt (and of course all bushes) have an oversize of 0,08mm. With this the oval guide in the swing arm can be repaired. Attention: The kingpin guide in the swing arm must be reamed to the dimension of 17,041 > 17,07mm (with a reamer, according to ISO 286-2! Rim 16 inch. Suitable for Citroen HY. These rims do not have TÜV permission, only for vehicles

which are not used in the public traffic. Production in the European Union. The new rim has the measurements of 5,5x16 " (137.7mm x 406,4mm). HY has normally rims with 400mm diameter. This original 400mm rims can`t used with 16 " (406,4mm) (danger to jump off the tire from the rim). On the new 16 " rim the following tires (with hose) can be used: 195/75 R16C 107/105R, load 925 kg for each tire, speed of 170 kmh (suitable hose 12240) or 175/80 R 16 98/96Q, load 710 kg for each tire, speed of 160kmh (hose 12241).

Rim 4,0x13 (reproduction). Suitable for Renault R4 (R112C, 1123, 1128, 210B, 239B). Renault R5, R6

Pitch diameter: 3x130mm. Insertion depth: 28mm. The rim has centrically no hole for the mounting of a wheel cover! Or. No. 7701349069. !! Attention - Note for the workshop: The rim is clamped over the wheel studs for balancing! The rims do not have a centre hole centring!

Wheel 4Jx15 for 2CV (tubeless), original size. Attention: The production of these rims has been

discontinued by Citroen. However, the rims are being reproduced close-to-series. The rims are 100% close-to-series in terms of material, all dimensions and the surface coating and correspond to the original equipment standard. We are often asked what a close-to-series rim is. This means that the rim is manufactured by the same factory, on the same machine and with the same materials as the original Citroen rim. The only difference is that Citroen is not the customer. The rim is therefore also approved by the Federal Motor Transport Authority. The wheel basically consists of a rim and a disc. The rim is made from strips that are butt-welded together. The so-called bandage then goes into the rolling operation (normally 2 rolling operations). The disc is then pressed into the rim in the appropriate position. This is known as the press fit. This serves as a fixation for the subsequent welding operation, which is carried out by spot welding. Finally, the entire wheel is coated with a cathodic dip coating to protect it against corrosion and the front is primed in greyish beige. KTL itself is the rust protection. The grey-beige primer is not a final coat. For an optimum appearance, the rims should be painted again. With the reproduction rims known to us, the disc is not pressed in, but only inserted and then welded. (weld seams). These rims therefore have no so-called press fit. But the press fit is what gives the entire wheel its strength. As it is extremely expensive to remanufacture a wheel with a press fit, savings are made on this. That's why our rims are a little more expensive, but your safety should be worth it. Because only the wheel with the tyre makes contact with the road. The rim is for tubeless use, but you can also ride it with a tube!

Clip for the sill trim (aluminium), suitable for Citroen 2CV. The clip also fits the bumper

mouldings for the 2CV up to 1961, the wide side mouldings for the Citroen DS and the cardboard radiator cowling for the Renault Dauphine. This clip is not as extremely strong as our number 16844, but is particularly suitable for aluminium trims (easier to fit, as aluminium trims are extremely sensitive to pressure).

Clip for the sill trim (stainless steel), suitable for Citroen 2CV. The clip also fits for the trim

strips on the bumper for 2CV up to 1961. For the Citroen DS for the wide side trim strips and for the cardboard radiator cowling for the Renault Dauphine. This clip is extremely sturdy. It is particularly suitable for trim strips made of stainless steel. For aluminium trims, we recommend the softer clip 16831.

Fly wheel, new part. Suitable for Citroen 2CV 6, starting from year of construction 03/1982. We let

produce again the complete fly wheel with gear rim, since the old gear rims are often worn. The fly wheel is fine-heaved and ready for assembly. Or. No. 95559486. Produced in Europe.

the request of many customers, the trims have been modified so that they can be glued better. This eliminates the need for fixing holes in the vehicle. A very good adhesive is our number 21058 from 3M. Of course, it is also possible to mount the trims with a clamp, but then holes have to be drilled in the back of the trims.
