Distilled water, 5 liters. For radiator filling. Tap water contains harmful components for the
cooling circuit. For mixing the antifreeze fluid, please take care to use distilled water . It improves the adhesion of corrosion-blocker in your cooling system.
Estafette, radiator hose down. Suitable for Renault Estafette, of year of construction 06/1962 to
10/1978, engine code: 688. Diameter: 35mm.
Estafette, water pump (Attention: V-belt is extremely low in tension, almost loose!) Suitable for
Renault Estafette (engine: 1108ccm + 1289ccm). Built from 08/1969 to 12/1981 Or. No. 7701459890. The V-belt is only very slightly tensioned (see manufacturer's instructions). No guarantee for too much tension of the V-belt (we can see this very well on the bearing of the water pump).
GLACELF CARTECH antifreeze concentrate from Total (must be mixed with distilled water). Suitable
for classic engines that also have aluminium and/or copper components (radiator, cylinder head, etc.). Reliable protection against rust, corrosion, foaming and cavitation. Mixing ratio: 50% antifreeze + 50% distilled water. Attention: This is a new antifreeze from TOTAL that replaces the antifreeze "GLACEELF Auto Supra" (CLACELF contains borates, which are no longer permitted in the EU). The two antifreezes can be mixed together. But be careful: CARTECH antifreeze is only mixable with GLACEELF Auto Supra from TOTAL. CARTECH is not mixable with antifreeze from other manufacturers. But it is best to replace the antifreeze completely with TOTAL CARTECH! General information: Amines, nitrites and borates are no longer allowed under the new EU CLP regulations. In addition, 2-ethylhexanoic acids must be removed because they are suspected of being harmful to human reproduction (or in short: it making you impotent!)
