Fixing bolt suitable for the axles, for Citroen 2CV, AK, DYane, ACDY, AMI. Length: 135 mm

Galvanized. Tensile strength 10.9. Fits for the front and rear axle! Note: The screws must absolutely have this high tensile strength. A lot of people offer a normal screw with 8.8 tensile strength.

Kingpin oversize (17,08mm) for Citroen 2CV (Dyane, Mehari..). Complete with all bushes and shims

(2,0 + 2,3 + 2,5mm). One side. Suitable for all years of construction! Excellent reproduction. Made by Franzose. This bolt (and of course all bushes) have an oversize of 0,08mm. With this the oval guide in the swing arm can be repaired. Attention: The kingpin guide in the swing arm must be reamed to the dimension of 17,041 > 17,07mm (with a reamer, according to ISO 286-2! Kingpin reamer (hobby tool) (quick adjustable), for Citroen 2CV, Dyane, AMI, Mehari. Adjustment

range: 17.0mm - 19.0mm. Receptacle: square. With this tool the swing arm and the bushings of the hub can be reamed to the exact size. This reamer is a "hobby tool". The quality should be sufficient for one-time use. We also have a professional tool under no. 12393 in our programme.

Kingpin reamer (fast adjustable), for Citroen 2CV, Dyane, AMI, Mehari. Range of adjustment: 15,5mm

18,0mm (39/64 45/64 inch). Cutting material: HSS. Gumption length: 60mm. Mounting: Square. Professional tool. With this tools the radius arm and the hub can be reamed on the accurate measurement.

King Pin tool, manual pressing version . Suitable for 2CV, Dyane, Mehari, Ami. Made by Franzose. An

improved reconstruction of the genuine Citroen tool 1858-T resp. MR. 630-22/14. This tool has two different pressure pieces. So you are able to press out/press in the original and the rebuilt king pins, which had different diameters/guides of the full length inner hole. This tool is able to resist a torque of 200 Newton meter. If there is no movement of the king pin until 200 Nm, you have to dismantle the complete pivot arm and have to press out the king pin with a hydraulic press. For correct use of this tool please have a look into the original Citroen workshop manual.

Molykote grease in cartouche for lubricating gun. 400g (graphite grease). Heavy duty roller bearing

grease for lubricating universal joints etc.. By the high proportion of Molykote is this grease also outstanding suitable for lubricating sliding fits from cardan shaft`s, ... Water-rejecting! Caution not for high-speed bearings (wheel bearings).

ACDY. The suitable nut has the number 12120. Made by Franzose/CiPeRe in Europe.

Wheel hub - front wheel bearing housing (mounting for wheel bearing and kingpin). Reproduction

Suitable for left or right. The wheel hub can be fitted to all 2CV6 + 2CV4 and Dyane models with a 72 mm wheel bearing (i.e. not for AK, ACDY, etc.). The wheel hub has no mount for vibration dampers (as on old 2CVs). Or. No. 5502003
